The flow of ideas

 The free flow of opinions and ideas will build to become a torrent.  No one can predict where the next Earth shaking idea will come from, perhaps it could be from a 14 year old teenager, it could be from anywhere.
There will also be vast amounts of unusable information. But like the fabled Phoenix, once in a while, a long lost opinion will be plucked from oblivion because it speaks for the masses.
